From the 10 years I operated as a leader in high-growth organisations, I cultivated a capacity and capability to effectively consider needs of the whole system (whether that be at a team or organisation level) when making strategic decisions. Part of my role was also to ensure the dynamics and relations between and across teams and at the leadership level were as effective and aligned as they could be for business success.

Organisation and leadership assessment & advisory for your business
A systemic and thorough assessment of your business’ leadership capability, organisational, people and cultural practices.
Typically, this forms part of the due diligence process for VC and PE firms on investment business opportunities. I have experience of going through an acquisition due diligence process and have supported 10 mid-sized firms and scaling businesses through successful deals in the past year.
We define the needs and at the end you are provided with a report with clear, practical recommendations and advice to implement that seek to future-proof the resilience of your organisation and leadership for the next stage of growth.
Speaking, group coaching & facilitation for your leaders and managers
Offering coaching, speaking engagements and workshop facilitation to leaders and managers within businesses on the scaleup journey. These sessions cover a range of themes within leadership development: building & sustaining resilience; alignment & communication; boundaries & managing conflict; burnout; navigating times of change; leading with awareness and authenticity.
These are all common challenges I have supported leaders with and spoken on at events across my career and as an external facilitator. We will complete a needs analysis for your business, tailoring the delivery format to you - we can make these creative, playful and bring in wellbeing exercises to keep things impactful yet engaging!
Group programmes and workshops for self-leadership
I run ‘creating clarity with collage’ group workshops online and in-person. Using our creativity to make sense of the path forward can be a powerful way to create inner alignment, clear blockers and build confidence in taking action.
